Week 9: Kitchen

Cramped and dated. That’s what I thought when I walked into the kitchen for the first time. But I could also see the massive potential waiting to be unleashed. The leaded glass cabinet doors, tons of cabinet space, and so much natural light. A year later, she’s still a work in progress, but it feels like the kitchen I (mostly) envisioned. I love my black cabinets with gold hardware. I love my pink walls that closely match the original paint color of the back entry. And I will love when @lesahaggard66 and I finally get the cabinet doors finished so I don’t have any more open shelving.

I think I’ve thanked her for this before, but I’m going to do it again; thanks to my realtor @findalottolove for the fridge-in-a-closet inspo! It took a LOT of measuring and a little bit of trim removal, but I did manage to find a single fridge that would fit the old pantry space perfectly without sticking too far.

Also, shout-out to HardwareEtcAntiques on @etsy for the swivel hooks I added by the back door and @letterfolk for the entryway mat. I am in love with both!
